My Services
As a Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with nonjudgmental care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule a free initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.
Labor & Birth Doula Support
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the well-being of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. As part of the Labor Support Package, I will be available through text/email/phone calls to provide you with continuous emotional and informational support, and answer any and all questions you may have. I provide 2-4 in person prenatal visits to check in, establish birth wishes, and practice comfort measures and relaxation techniques as part of the Labor Support Package. As your Doula, I will offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth by providing information, continuous comfort techniques, counter pressure, and reassurance, as well as helping you and your partner advocate for your wishes. If you'd like I can also take some pictures of your labor and birth. Ultimately my support is catered to what you want and need! I will stay with you up to 2 hours after the birth to ensure you are settled in with your baby and help with the first feedings. I will also do 2 postpartum visits to check in and help you get acclimated to your new home life. Prices range from $400 - $1000, offered on a sliding scale basis*. Virtual option available! Clients get a 25% discount on postpartum packages and placenta services!
*I offer a sliding scale because I truly believe every birthing person deserves empowering support regardless of financial means, if $400 is still out of your means please contact me anyway. For those who can pay the full $1000: please know you make it possible for me to offer a sliding scale and still make a living and make it possible for those unable to pay the full price to receive doula services!
Postpartum Doula Support

The fourth trimester (first 3 months postpartum) is a sacred time which deserves delicate, loving care and lots of rest, and can impact the rest of your life and parenting journey! I offer Postpartum Packages, which are 2-5 hour home visits in which I can help with light cleaning, emotional support, sibling care, feeding support, pet care, errands, simple meals, as well as a wealth of practical knowledge and resources to ensure as stress-free an environment as possible. Can be purchased by the hour for $25 per hour or in 20, 40, & 60 Hour Packages ($350, $650, & $900). Emotional support sessions offered virtually if desired for $20 per hour. Birth clients get a 25% discount and placenta clients get a 15% discount on postpartum packages!
Placenta Encapsulation, Prints, and Keepsakes
Placenta encapsulation is the process of cleaning, dehydrating and encapsulating the placenta so that it can be taken as supplements. The placenta is the organ that is created during pregnancy to nourish the baby as well as dispose of the baby's waste. Although there isn't much scientific evidence yet, many people believe that ingesting their placenta decreases the risk of postpartum depression or other mood disorders, helps replenish iron and other nurtients lost during labor and pregnancy, and helps stabilize hormones, making for an easier recovery after birth. Always consult with your provider if you have medical conditions or questions regarding safety. Currently I charge $200 for placenta encapsulation.
Placenta prints are beautiful pieces of art commemorating the amazing work our bodies do to grow and birth our babies! This is a print of the placenta made with food grade dye and cost $50 for flat paper and $70 for canvas.
Cord keepsakes are sweet reminders of your baby's first home! Made from the dried umbilical cord, keepsakes are often made into shapes like a heart and cost $50.
